The Peace of Mind Program is a proactive, short-term, individual coaching program for the sandwich generation.
This program is built and run by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who spent a decade helping individuals manage grief, stress, anxiety, and family dynamics. Based on a decade of clinical experience, the program incorporates the most effective tools from that work and put them into a powerful 3 month coaching program that supports you in finding a clear path forward.
Here's How It Works:
Individual Coaching Calls: We'll join together to tackle your specific challenges, create clear action steps, and ensure you're on the right track. Coaching sessions focus on initiating difficult conversations, engaging a system of support, and identifying your needs and the needs of your aging parent.
Interactive Resources and Focus Areas: Each week you'll get custom resources focused on equipping you with the knowledge and skills to put what we discuss in coaching sessions into practice.
24/7 Access: Have a question between calls? Simply send a message for quick, asynchronous support.
